Opening of the Exhibition
ANDREA ZITTEL_ARTIST-ARCHITECT
Since the early 90s, Andrea Zittel, winner of the internationally renowned "Austrian Frederick Kiesler Prize for Architecture and the Arts" in 2012, has been using the "scenes" of her own life "in order to devise and try out prototypes for different life situations". Her "Living Units" and her hand-made art objects (clothing, tableware) combine art and everyday life in an inimitable way.
Children's Workshop "MY/A PIECE OF THE ART OF LIVING"
In three units, young art-architects from the age of 8 are invited to create their own "pieces of the art of living" at the "Kiesler workshop", according to the motto "I arrange myself the way I like / it suits me", and to trace their own visions of living space. (Duration per workshop unit approx. 1 hour).
